Public transport company Transdev Group has appointed René Lalande as the new CEO for its Australasian operations.

Mr Lalande will replace current Acting CEO Peter Lodge in the coming weeks after a global and national search for a new CEO.

Mr Lalande has previously worked in public transport, automotive and aerospace industries in both international and local markets.

Transdev said it looks forward to working with Mr Lalande and has thanked Mr Lodge for maintaining the company’s stability, safety and performance in a time of growth.
