In September 2019, Melbourne will host three co-located conferences on workplace health and safety with free seminars, an exhibition, networking opportunities and a premium program of industry leaders.

For over 20 years, Safety in Action has been the meeting place for the Australian health and safety industry.

Thousands of safety professionals across the industry have visited Safety in Action to discover new solutions to help them achieve their goals in creating safer workplaces.

Safety in Action returns to Melbourne in 2019 to deliver an inspiring event enabling professionals to network with peers, explore the latest trends and developments and source the latest innovative products and services.

Running 10–11 September 2019 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Conference is a must-attend event for every WHS professional.

Three co-located premium conferences

All three conference programs are now available, so you can plan a track to suit your individual requirements.

The Safety in Action Conference is a two-day, high profile conference for Safety leaders. As the premier conference of the year, the Safety in Action Conference brings together Safety leaders in the health and safety profession, to encourage global involvement and networking across the two days.

Over 700 delegates have attended the conference in the last two years to hear from regulators, thought-leaders and International keynotes who are making a difference in safety culture. The 2019 program will explore key Health and Safety topics, by linking Safety Strategy, Leadership and Culture.

The Workplace Wellness Conference is the perfect networking opportunity HR, Workplace Health and Wellbeing leaders and Managers. The 2019 program will hear from industry leaders identifying strategies to enhance the mental and physical wellbeing and productivity of the Australian workforce.

From state initiatives to stress management and promoting healthier lifestyles, this conference will focus on the best-practice case studies in Mental Health and Wellbeing.

The Return to Work Conference caters for all rehabilitation, HR and Workplace Health and Safety leaders. All employers are required under workplace health and safety laws to have in place policies and plans for the return to work of injured workers.

The 2019 program will investigate best practice strategies that supports employees through the process of rehabilitation and manages their return to the workplace in a timely and safe manner.

Registrations for a free visitor pass to the exhibition and seminars are now available. Delegate passes permit entry into all three conference streams, and allow delegates to plan their visit and maximise their experience.
