Beca HunterH2O secures $1B Icon Water project

Beca HunterH2O in collaboration with Seymour Whyte/Vinci Grands Projets, has secured Icon Water’s ten year $1 billion Major Project Delivery program.

Icon Water is the ACT’s trusted supplier of essential water and wastewater services, proudly serving the community for over 100 years.

The first project under this ambitious ten-year program involves the design and construction of a new wastewater process to augment the existing capacity of the Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre (LMWQCC) in Canberra, ACT.

Participating in this major project showcases Beca HunterH2O as a leading treatment plant designer in Australia and New Zealand. The team’s innovative process design approach will help to deliver improved environmental outcomes to the ACT community for years to come. Beca’s contribution to this vital project will allow the company to showcase our multi-disciplinary engineering expertise in the water sector.
