Development Victoria (VIC) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the redevelopment of the former Fitzroy Gasworks site.
The site offers a significant urban renewal opportunity for Melbourne’s inner suburbs, with a focus on mixed use development including housing, recreation, education and commercial uses.
As part of this EOI, bidders are required to provide a reverse brief which demonstrates the proposed design and delivery methodology required to develop the Place Activation Strategy.
