Following the announcement of a third tunnel boring machine (TBM) commencing work on the Sydney Metro, the NSW Government has released an online tracker to follow their progress.
The tracker will allow stakeholders to chart the TBMs route to their final destinations.
Two TBMs started tunnelling from Marrickville dive site in late 2018 and two TBMs have started tunnelling from Chatswood dive site in 2019.
A fifth tunnel boring machine, which will tunnel under Sydney Harbour, will be launched from Barangaroo later this year.
