The City of Tea Tree Gully (SA) is seeking tenders for the upgrade of Reservoir Road – Stage 1 and 2. The Reservoir Road upgrade works is one of many projects to come out of the broader Modbury Precinct Plan (previously Live Life Modbury).
This project encapsulates the principles of the parent project whilst clearly identifying and defining the unique vision, objectives and outcomes that drive the design and construction of the main roads and gateways projects.
The design of these new land and streetscapes will see the incorporation of park furniture, landscape features and elements with the aim of creating a consistent and easily understood landscape language that links this site with the wider Modbury precinct area.
