Exhibitors may choose from a range of indoor and outdoor booths.

Onsite displays and demonstrations can be made by exhibitors. All exhibitors have the opportunity to showcase new technology, plant and equipment.

Presentations in the Fettlers’ Shed are also a way to highlight organisations’ achievements. These take place during the two days and are approximately 30 minutes duration. Should you be interested in submitting a presentation for consideration, please click here.

Sponsorship packages can be tailored to meet your marketing objectives.

The RTAA Rail Industry Field Days is already known as the biggest and best outdoor event on the Australasian rail calendar. Now, with the inclusion of all rail disciplines and sectors, it will also be the most diverse.

What is the Fettlers Shed?

The Fettlers Shed is a dedicated space onsite that hosts presenters from across the rail industry. Topics at the last event focussed on innovation in rail and speakers were drawn from government and non-government agencies. Each presentation is 30 minutes and includes a Q&A to enable the audience to ask questions. To register interest in presenting at the Fettlers Shed, contact +61 3 9863 7608 or email michelle.bye@encanta.com.au.

What Else Happens During the Event?

The RTAA Rail Industry Field Day starts with an opening ceremony to welcome attendees. The ceremony includes industry dignitaries and the RTAA President. Throughout the two days, outdoor demonstrations are announced by the event MC as well as advising attendees of each Fettlers Shed presentation.
