The two-day Airport Retail and Commercial Forum program has something for everyone — from panel sessions discussing how regional airports can maximise commercial revenue, training and customer service and digital innovations to commercial planning and the growth of food and beverage — you cannot miss this unique event.
The Airport Retail and Commercial Forum which takes place from 20-21 July on the Gold Coast, has been established by the Australian Airports Association, leading travel retail media and events company, Moodie Davitt Report, and commercial revenues expert consultancy, the Mercurius Group.
The Forum will bring together senior airport commercial executives, operators, and brands, as well as their business partners from duty free, speciality retail, food and beverage, car parking, car rental, ground transport, advertising, property and hotels, and other enterprises which are focused on delivering non-aeronautical revenue success at airports.
